Scope of Works: Drainage – Public and Private Stormwater and Wastewater

This project involved the drainage installation for the Fletcher Living Three Kings Apartments. The site is known for its rocky terrain, necessitating the extensive use of a rockbreaker throughout the project.

Scope of Work

• Stormwater and Wastewater Installation: Laid uPVC stormwater pipes up to 300 mm in diameter.
• SW360 Stormfilter Installation: Installed SW360 Stormfilters to enhance stormwater management and filtration.
• Under Slab Drainage: Completed the installation of under slab drainage to ensure effective water management beneath building foundations.

Key Tasks and Techniques

• Rockbreaking: Utilized rockbreakers to navigate and excavate the rocky terrain efficiently.
• Pipe Laying: Installed uPVC pipes for stormwater drainage, ensuring robust and reliable water management systems.
• Advanced Filtration: Integrated SW360 Stormfilters to improve stormwater quality and comply with environmental standards.
• Foundation Protection: Implemented under slab drainage to protect building foundations and manage groundwater effectively.

Outcome

The project was successfully completed in 2024, providing efficient and durable drainage systems for the Three Kings Apartments.
