Scope of Works Drainage and Plumbing – Public and Private Stormwater and Wastewater Civil Works
Project consisted of the construction of 23 Terraced Residential units arranged in 5 blocks.
We were engaged to install the public and private stormwater and wastewater. Drainage included laying PVC pipes up to 300mm dia, thrusting line within the roadway and footpath , installation of detention tank and SW360 stormfilters, installing Aqua pods to units. We also had to arrange a Traffic Management plan for the work that went along the roadside.
Civil works scope was for site preparation cutting and filling, preparing building platforms, laying concrete main driveway and carparks, installing new watermain connection within the existing road, installing retaining walls.
Some of this work entailed working within the road and footpath so we also had to arrange a Traffic Management plan for this work.
We undertake both the civil and drainage works for the Normandy Parklands. We construct the project starting from the demolition, excavation and laying pipe.
