This project involved comprehensive drainage work for the Kāinga Ora development on Banff Avenue, Epsom. Our responsibilities included the installation of new stormwater and sewer lines, along with associated infrastructure.

Scope of Work

• Stormwater and Sewer Lines: Installed new stormwater and sewer lines to ensure efficient water management for the development.
• Manholes and Cesspits: Constructed manholes and cesspits to facilitate access and maintenance of the drainage systems.
• Rockbore: Utilized rockboring techniques to navigate through challenging terrain and install necessary pipelines.
• Under Slab Drainage: Implemented under slab drainage solutions to protect building foundations and manage groundwater effectively.
