This project involved the construction of 35 terraced residential units arranged in 4 blocks.

Scope of Work

We were responsible for the following:

• Private Stormwater and Wastewater: Installation of private stormwater and wastewater systems for one block.
• Public Drainage: Comprehensive public drainage work, including laying 100 mm diameter PVC pipes, installing new manholes and cesspits, and setting up Aqua pods and APT tanks.

Key Tasks and Techniques

• Private Drainage: Installed the stormwater and wastewater systems for the designated block, ensuring efficient and reliable drainage.
• Public Drainage: Laid 100 mm diameter PVC pipes and installed manholes and cesspits to ensure proper public drainage infrastructure.
• Special Installations: Set up Aqua pods and APT tanks as part of the advanced drainage solutions for the project.

Outcome

The project was successfully completed, providing robust drainage and plumbing systems for the Westgate Apartments, while adhering to all project specifications and timelines.
