This project involved the comprehensive drainage installation for the Onehunga Apartments, addressing both public and private stormwater and wastewater systems.

Scope of Work

• Rockbore Installation: Utilized rockboring techniques to manage the challenging ground conditions and facilitate the installation of drainage systems.
• Directional Drilling: Employed directional drilling methods to install pipelines with minimal surface disruption and precision.
• Stormwater and Manholes: Installed stormwater systems and manholes up to 1.5 meters deep, ensuring effective water management and access for maintenance.

Key Tasks and Techniques

• Rockboring: Conducted rockboring to penetrate hard ground and create pathways for drainage pipes.
• Precision Drilling: Applied directional drilling to lay pipes accurately, minimizing impact on the surrounding environment.
• Deep Manhole Installation: Constructed manholes up to 1.5 meters deep to ensure the functionality and accessibility of the drainage systems.
