This project involved the construction of a new Necropsy Laboratory building within Massey University’s property.

Scope of Work

Our scope included the installation of sewer and stormwater systems using uPVC pipes ranging from 100 mm to 225 mm in diameter. Additionally, we installed a 300 series wingwall and a Rainsmart Stormwater System measuring 10.73 m in length, 2.4 m in width, and 1.28 m in depth.

Key Challenges and Solutions

• Steep Site Conditions: The site was very steep, necessitating the use of directional drilling (thrusting) to install the drainage systems effectively.

Outcome

The project was successfully completed, meeting all the specified requirements for drainage and stormwater management within the challenging site conditions.
